Safety Features Packed in the Hyundai Kona

The crew at Goshen Hyundai wanted to share some information about the new Hyundai Kona that will certainly help with the buying decision if you're in the market for a small SUV. Here are just a couple safety features to consider.

With the Blind Spot Information System, the driver of the Hyundai Kona is able to have eyes in the back of the vehicle at all times. Sensors monitor the road for any other vehicle occupying your blind spot, then send a signal to flash a light on your side mirror so you know which side of your vehicle to avoid moving.

The new Kona also has the Lane-Keeping System monitoring where the vehicle is on the road to lessen the chances of having an accident due to distracted driving. If the sensors identify the vehicle drifting from the lane, the steering wheel begins pulsating to get the driver's attention to correct.
